Library Membership Rules

  1. Students are entitled to become library member, if they have valid registration and proper authorization from the Registrar’s Office.
  2. Library membership card is required to enjoy the facilities of the library resources.
  3. New/non-member students have to submit one stamp-size and one passport size color photographs along with a photocopy of tuition fee deposit slip (photocopy) to get the library membership card.
  4. Continuing students are required to notify the circulation desk for any change of their postal address or cell/phone number written on the library card.
  5. Library membership card is neither transferable nor exchangeable.
